7 Ranges Entertainment is looking for a hands-on Bar Manager for The GOAT House. This role is for someone who leads from behind the bar, stays calm during a rush, and knows that great drinks and great service go together. You’ll guide the bar team, set clear service standards, and keep day-to-day bar operations organized. From coaching staff and helping guests to tracking inventory and keeping the bar ready for service, you’ll take ownership of the details that make a shift run well. The GOAT House is part of a family entertainment venue, so a welcoming atmosphere, teamwork, and responsible alcohol service matter every day.
What you'll do
- Lead bar service and work alongside the team during busy shifts
- Coach bartenders on drink consistency, guest service, and efficient bar practices
- Set service standards and coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar
- Manage beverage inventory and ordering needs, monitor waste, and support cost control
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations, opening and closing routines, POS accuracy, and cash-handling procedures
- Reinforce identification checks, responsible alcohol service, and company policies
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Support smooth bar service for parties, events, and regular restaurant guests

Preferred experience
