Hostess / Busser

First impressions matter, and as a Hostess / Busser at The G.O.A.T. House at 7 Ranges Entertainment, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they arrive. You’ll greet and seat guests, manage wait times, bus and reset tables, and help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on position that supports the entire front-of-house team and helps make sure our restaurant is always ready for the next guest.

What you'll do

• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Manage restaurant seating and the waitlist
• Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper server rotation
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates during busy periods
• Answer guest questions about The G.O.A.T. House and 7 Ranges Entertainment
• Answer incoming restaurant phone calls and assist with general questions
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Monitor table availability and help keep guest seating moving efficiently
• Bus tables by removing dishes, glassware, trash, and other items after guests leave
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly for incoming guests
• Sweep floors and keep dining, entry, and service areas clean throughout the shift
• Assist with general cleaning duties as needed
• Keep menus, host areas, and entry areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist servers with clearing tables and maintaining dining areas during busy periods
• Help maintain clean and stocked server stations and other front-of-house areas
• Assist with trash removal and other cleaning responsibilities as needed
• Assist guests with locating different areas throughout the facility
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and involve management when necessary
• Assist with takeout orders and other front-of-house responsibilities as needed
• Support the restaurant team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
• Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere guests expect from The G.O.A.T. House and 7 Ranges

Preferred experience

Previous restaurant, hospitality, hosting, bussing, or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. Experience working in a busy restaurant, entertainment venue, or other guest-facing environment is a plus.
