Party Host

As a Party Host at 7 Ranges Entertainment, you’ll help bring birthdays, celebrations, group outings, and special events to life. You’ll provide attentive service to guests throughout their event while helping ensure everything runs smoothly from setup through cleanup. This isn’t just about serving food or cleaning tables. Our Party Hosts are responsible for creating a great guest experience, staying on top of event details, and making sure every celebration feels special.

What you'll do

• Welcome party and event guests and help get their celebration started
• Review event details and understand the setup before guests arrive
• Set up party rooms, tables, decorations, and food and beverage areas as needed
• Keep parties and events running according to their scheduled timeline
• Serve food and beverages and make sure guests have what they need
• Assist guests with bowling, arcade, mini golf, and other entertainment included with their event
• Communicate with the kitchen, management, and other departments throughout the event
• Keep party rooms and event areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Monitor food, beverages, supplies, and event needs throughout the party
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
• Communicate any changes, additions, or issues to management
• Assist with additional entertainment or event requests when approved
• Clean and reset rooms after events
• Provide an update to management following events, including how the event went, any issues, food needs, or additional services provided
• Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect from 7 Ranges

Preferred experience

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, customer service, entertainment venues, birthday parties, catering, or event service is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. Experience working with children, families, or large groups is a plus.
