Server

Great service can turn a meal into an experience. As a Server at The G.O.A.T. House at 7 Ranges Entertainment, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service while helping guests enjoy everything our restaurant and entertainment destination has to offer. You’ll be responsible for guiding guests through their dining experience, accurately handling orders, communicating with the kitchen and bar, and making sure every table feels welcomed and well taken care of.

What you'll do

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Enter orders correctly and efficiently into the POS system
• Have a working knowledge of menu items, beverages, specials, and promotions
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations when appropriate
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Check on guests throughout their visit and respond to their needs
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, bartenders, managers, and other team members
• Monitor tables and maintain clean, organized guest areas
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Follow all alcohol service requirements and company policies
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and involve management when necessary
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and side-work responsibilities
• Support parties, special events, and high-volume service when needed
• Work together with the entire team to keep service running smoothly
• Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere guests expect from The G.O.A.T. House and 7 Ranges

Preferred experience

Previous serving, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. Experience working in a busy restaurant, bar, entertainment venue, or other high-volume environment is a plus.
